Delivery & Return

This service includes delivery and return pickup of your rental equipment within the Greater Copenhagen area.

Please note the following requirements:
• You must provide all necessary delivery details, including exact address, time slot, and any relevant access instructions, at least 25 hours in advance.

• The person placing the order must be present at the time of delivery to receive the equipment and sign for the handover.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery on-site and return the equipment to our location. No refund will be issued for missed or failed deliveries due to non-compliance.
