How can I rent an item from your business?

  • Choose your desired time period before browsing to ensure availability. Then simply browse our catalog and add products to your basket.
  • When checking out either sign up (we hope you do), or continue as a guest. After you have completed your checkout, we will receive your order and contact you if we find anything that might raise concerns in terms of compatibility, usability etc. Otherwise your order will be ready for pick up (unless anything else has been agreed) by your specified date and time.
  • Payment is done through invoice, so please keep an eye out for that after you return the equipment.
  • Remember to have your CVR ready. When you pick up your order you must provide proof of insurance and ID.

What happens if I accidentally damage a rented camera during use?

  • Should any damage occur to the equipment during your rental, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will assess the equipment, and if applicable and possible replace the damaged equipment during the rest of the rental period.
  • The customer is responsible for any expenses related to repairing damages, faults, or deficiencies, or for full or partial replacement, and shall also pay for the rental of replacement equipment when applicable.
  • Compensation and Liability upon Return. If damages, faults, or deficiencies are found in the equipment, packaging, or similar, or if parts or the entire equipment are missing upon return, the customer is liable to compensate the repair, or full or partial replacement. In addition, the customer must pay the daily rate for the rental of the equipment until the damage, fault, or deficiency is repaired, or pay for a replacement where deemed necessary. 25HOUR ApS reserves the right to assess each case and make a decision accordingly.

Can I extend the rental period for a camera if I need it for a longer duration than initially planned?

We are mostly flexible with rental durations, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your rental. Give us a call and we will figure something out.

Pickup and Dropoff

We can arrange for pick up and drop off around the greater Copenhagen area, but as a rule this is done at our office in Københav NV. Contact us after you have placed your order if you want another solution.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT/Moms

All our prices are displayed exclusive of VAT/Moms.
VAT/Moms will be applied separately at the applicable rate to your final invoice.

Do you cater primarily to businesses or individuals?

Our focus is on serving businesses, but we're open to accommodating individual needs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
